Can taking these meds at different times of the day cause increased aggressive behavior?

I'm doubtful that the time of day they are taken has much to do with it, since aggression, irritability, nervousness, and anxiety can be normal side effects of these medications.

Concerta and Guanfacine information.

If the issue is severe enough to be causing problems, then they patient's doctor should be consulted, as they may need to try different doses, or different medications entirely.
