The pill with markings az 286 is an over the counter migraine pain reliever. It has tylenol, asprin & caffiene in it. The one I use is generic & is exactly like you described. It is the same as extra strength Excedrin.

The tablet with the AZ 286 marking actually contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 200mgs of Guaifenesin and 10mgs of Phenylephrine, it is a cold remedy that's available over the counter.

I actually didn't find any listed as containing the ingredients you've listed that is manufactured by this company with the AZ logo on them.
