Combiflam+ Tylenol

No, Combiflam already contains Acetaminophen/Paracetamol, which is exactly what is in Tylenol, so you'd be doubling up on the same medication and too much of it in a day can be toxic.

Combiflam contains both Acetaminophen/Paracetamol and Ibuprofen to treat pain, fever and swelling. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.
