The name you're calling it is actually a misunderstood name for Klonopin, it contains the active ingredient Clonazepam, it is a Benzodiazepine that is most commonly prescribed to treat anxiety and nervous disorders.

It may be habit forming and it can cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and irritability.
