I got this cream in mexico. Its Gentamycin, Clotrimazole, Betamethasone. I was wondering if I could use it to clear up my yeast infection. I have been using it for 2 days now, and its helped with the itching. Should I stop it? Or is it not safe. I use it topically, of course. ## Hello, Yammili! How are you? I RECEIVE A TUBE OF GELMICIN AND THE PERSON THAT GAVE IT TO ME SAID TO US IT ON TWO SPOTS THAT I HAD A BISOPSY DONE ON THAT WERE PRE CANCER. THIS PERSON SAID THAT IT HAS BEEN USED FOR THAT AND OTHER SKIN PROBLEMS AND HAS HEALED WITH IN A FEW DAYS. ## I was diagnosed with pre-skin cancer on my left cheek and the doc. believes I have it on the bridge of my nose. The roughness has gone away on my cheek and is considerably better on my nose. I do wear glasses and thought maybe it was from where my glasses lay on my nose. I used 3 tablets one per day and I feel great but I think the tablets might be causing vaginal dryness? My symptoms were really light, some white curd like discharge, nothing more. It showed in the morning and in the evening used the first tablet. But now it kind of aches and feels dry and it is really difficult to put the tablets in. Tonight I tried using a little water but it just started burning and wouldn't go in. Would it be enough using it for three days 100 mg, or do I just skip a day and try tomorrow? ## Has your doctor told you to use these? The expiration date shown on my Clotrimazole vaginal gel is July 2017. So, is it possible to use it in July or should it be used before July? ## It does not become dangerous, once expired, but it may start to lose efficacy, and in most cases, the FDA means it should be used by the end of the month, though checking with your pharmacist may be a good idea to be certain. I have been using Clotrimazole betamethazone for 2 weeks for vaginal topical yeast infection. I now have small white pimple bumps and it doesn't seem that the cream has helped at all. Called my Dr., he said it sounds like it's healing up. Can I go tan? I only have used this for one week after what may have been an allergic reaction above my eyes (in upper lids and bellow brows along with three other small spots in neck and chest). It helped the swelling and peeling and seems to have cleared up. Hi, when I went to the clinic the doctor gave me glenmark clotrimazole. I used it and after a few days everything was back to normal. I have a full prescription bottle of Clotrimazole 10 mg troche. They were issued to me December 26, 2013. Today is January 13, 2017. They've been kept in my dresser drawer in bedroom in controlled temperature indoors. I currently have Oral Thrush in my mouth and a vaginal yeast infection . I think I have molluscum. Long story short it first came out on my penis. I thought nothing of it but it's been months and I popped a little bump on my penis and more came out. Generic Betametasona + Clotrimazol + Gentamicina cream may contain any set of fillers if there's no way to identify who makes it or what the actual packaging has on it. However I do see that one company by the name of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals does use a combination of "benzyl alcohol + cetyl alcohol + stearyl alcohol" in their particular Clotrimazole + Betamethasone dipropionate cream [minus the Gentamicina].
