Clonotril During Pregnancy

I have been on Clonotril 0.25mg, one at night for the past couple of years, and I have recently found out that I am pregnant. Please let me know whether it's safe for me to continue taking Clonotril or if I need to switch to some other anti-anxiety drug during my pregnancy?

What has your doctor advised?

Clonotril contains the active ingredient Clonazepam, which is a Benzodiazepine and it has shown positive evidence of fetal risk, so you should consult your doctor, before continuing the medication.
