My pain mgt. doctor prescribed this med. to me for the muscle spasms I have with both MS and CRPS. I am on some other meds that I do well with even though they are narcotic- When I take Clonazepam it relieves the muscle spasms better than anything but this med makes me spacey and very sleepy. I take Clonazepam for anxiety. I have always got the yellow. This time after filling them as I was leaving the pharmacy the " Pharmacist" lets me know that the yellow are on back order so we just gave you the bubble gum pink, this was told to me in an apologetic voice. The pink R 33 0.5 mil ARE COMPLETELY USELESS TO ME. These make me sick in my stomach and very irritable just what I don't need in the middle of a panic attack. Who has been coming up with these pretenders. How does the government O.K. such Crap. My husband gives me my meds because i put myself in rehab for opiates in 99. I take suboxone and never abuse it. Also recently diagnosed bipolar. Psych dr will only give me klonopin 0.5. I have terrible anxiety. I had no problem getting in the safe. He is so good to me and if he finds out it will hurt him. My dr refuses to give me the 1mg. I have a very high tolerance to all meds. I have ptsd, adhd, bipolar, severe scoliosis that's caused many other spinal issues. Does anyone know of a pill that looks similar to the orange 0.5 clonazepams? I would greatly appreciate it. I am in TN and on Clonazepam. My doctor only writes 30 days at a time. I go back on the 9th but I'm out a week early. I have PTSD and bipolar disorder and need them. I was at someone's house and they stole my medicine. I don't want my doctor to think I over took it because I didn't. My pharmacy sent a request for me already and I am trying to see her tomorrow cause I have staples in my head. Should I tell her why I need the refill if she asks or just bring it up? I'm needing something for my head though.

I have been taking .5mg of clonazepam prescribed by my doctor on an as needed basis. I was told its 1/2 life is 18 hours. I have a prescription, but I have an employment physical next week. I have a urine drug screen and a physical on Monday. I have very high blood pressure. They always take my blood pressure before these things and I have been told that I can't take the physical if it is above a certain point. My question is, if I take a 1mg clonazepam prior to the drug screen and physical, how soon will it show up after taking effect? I take a urine test for my psychiatrist to determine what i have been taking. My question is can they determine the amount of a chemical or it's metabolites through a urine test or is a blood test needed for that? I take clonazepam and at times I have taken greater than the prescribed dose. I'm dosed 1mg twice a day but may use 4-6 mg in a day. ## No not through a urine, it only tests to see if it's in ur system. I get 1mg 3x daily but at times my friend runs out about two weeks early but it always shows; but never in what quantity. Only a blood test can do that.
