Clonazepam Ingredients Mylan Brand Vs Teva Vs Accord (Page 14) (Top voted first)
UpdatedPlease help with this, i have taken the mylan brand for several years, when the pharmacy could no longer order it they ordered Teva, it immediately gave me pains that seemed to be in my chest....kind of the opposite of what it's supposed to do. So with Mylan being available though only two pharmacies, someone mentioned accord...but what is the difference of fillers. could you simply list all the ingredients for all three brands so if Accord matches Mylan i'm ok?
Re: Anthony (# 262)
$4
Just got my Tevas filled at CVS and they're yummy
i have been taking roche Klonopin for ~20 years. I have _never_ had a problem with the real thing. teva is no good. roche is the way to go.
Re: l0ft (# 266)
I found the brand name to be rough on my stomach ????
Re: Paula (# 270)
So Solco is being made again, where did you find it.. I use to have good luck with Solco (Sleepwise). The latest version of Teva is terrible and both CVS and Walgreens stock it. I took Teva for 8 years before it was discontinued and it was great but the version they reissued is terrible and makes my Anxiety even worse. I currently take the oral disintegrating tablets because I couldn't find a decent version of the pill form. You may ask your Dr to switch you to it and give it a try. Both Par and Sun are available at CVS and Walgreens.
Re: Kita (# 276)
Is Accord no longer available?
Re: Kita (# 278)
How do you know this?
Anyone know if Accord 0.5 mgs are still available?
Re: Josh (# 280)
Last I heard they are on backorder
Re: Kita (# 281)
Which was in MAY? Who told ya?
Re: WOW (# 282)
Pharmacy told me. Not sure when it will be back
Re: Kita (# 276)
Only one left here is SolCo.
Re: VeggieGirl (# 274)
Yes that is what the company told me. I wish they would bring it back anyway. They said out of an abundance of caution. Which is worse…no pills at all?
Re: Gnrcdrgsallsuck (# 34)
Thank you for that. I have 3 combat patches and I can’t tell differences. I think a lot of it is in people’s heads. However the FDA allowing different amounts of clonazepam in generics over 20% ratio , is concerning
Re: Sparky88 (# 174)
I couldn’t imagine take Klonopin 3 times a day especially at that strength. I take it you don’t work or leave the house much?
Re: Bandy (# 177)
Maybe you skipped over the part where I said I dissolved the original teva clonazepam under my tongue as well. I always only ever took them that way from the first day they were prescribed to me almost 8 years ago, so your explanation for the ODTs shorter effectiveness doesn't make sense. As far as your 'guess' about TEVA's rep intentionally lying to me on the phone, what is that based on?
Re: Trevor (# 207)
I recently was switched to Accord. It has the same side effect as Teva brand(nasal congestion)but lacks any sedative qualities. I do not like it!
Re: Jbal04407 (# 220)
Clonazepam by Teva has be reintroduced by demand from customers. It is available and shipping since September 19. Ask your pharmacy to order them again.
Re: Tex (# 224)
Why not just change pharmacies?
Re: Eric (# 229)
Sarah Palin and daughters makes me want to move to Alaska ;-P
Re: Leslie (# 246)
Yes I have..See my post 238. I changed over to Parr brand Oral Disseminating tablets that dissolve on your tongue. I was in love with Accord every since they stopped making Teva. During that time I had to take a higher dose then when I was on the Teva but I was just glad I had an alternative. About 4 months ago things went south with Accord. I got a batch and that would only allow me to sleep for a few hours a night whereas I use to get 8 hours. I upped my dose with no help. I don't take my full prescription every month so I had leftovers from the previous months and I could take them back and forth to test my theory. When I took my newest script id get 4 hours of sleep at most and wake up with anxiety. The next night I would take the previous months leftovers and they worked like a charm. Pssed off and unsure what to do I called my Dr and told him to write me a script for the 1mg version whereas I had been taking the.05 version. He did and they were by also made by Accord too and they were just as bad. After screwing with those for a week I called back and had him switch me over to the wafers from Parr. I have been taking them every since and they work and they're consistent. I went from .75 on the Accord pills to 1.50 on the Parr Oral Disseminating Tablets. Your copay will be higher but at least you will get relief. Mine went from $4 for the pill to $10 on the wafers for 90 a month cause I believe they're are a tier 2 or 3 drug when you get them in that form. I would tell everyone on here to make the change or you can switch to the Teva pills that CVS carries . To me the new released Tevas pils released are not like the old ones either. They make tired and have to go to sleep within an hour after taking them and they make me depressed the the next day. I think the wafers work better then the pills, the pills make me constipated and fat. The wafer dissolve on your tongue and kick in immediately and doesn't upset your GI Tract to me. I have been take roughly the same dose .75-1.50 for 12 years so it's not like I all of a sudden my tolerance went up. These pills by Accord are made by the Chinese so you know how much they care about us and our current President so I wouldn't put it past them to do it on purpose. The Tevas are made in Israel and ive had consistency problems with them during my past 12 years too but nothing like the Accords. The Parr brand im currently taking is made in the USA. Hope this helps you and others on here.
