Clonazepam Ingredients Mylan Brand Vs Teva Vs Accord (Page 14)
UpdatedPlease help with this, i have taken the mylan brand for several years, when the pharmacy could no longer order it they ordered Teva, it immediately gave me pains that seemed to be in my chest....kind of the opposite of what it's supposed to do. So with Mylan being available though only two pharmacies, someone mentioned accord...but what is the difference of fillers. could you simply list all the ingredients for all three brands so if Accord matches Mylan i'm ok?
Re: Big Red (# 260)
You get yours from CVS?
Re: Anthony (# 262)
$4
Just got my Tevas filled at CVS and they're yummy
Re: Sam (# 8)
I do and it works for maybe two to three hours. When I first started taking it a year ago it kept me calm all day. CVS filled my clonazepam prescription with the Teva brand and it was horrible! I'm finally back on the Accord brand clonazepam.
Re: Sherry (# 264)
Your correct. Everyone use to love Teva clonazapam before they discontinued it and everyone had to take Accord and complained. Teva eventually reintroduced it to the market and everyone was cheering horray. Turns out to me the Teva today while same in appearance is not the same formula as it use to be. Accord pills work the best for me and Teva is terrible
i have been taking roche Klonopin for ~20 years. I have _never_ had a problem with the real thing. teva is no good. roche is the way to go.
Re: l0ft (# 266)
I found the brand name to be rough on my stomach ????
Re: sara (# 2)
I have used teva for years with no problems whatsoever. its done exactly what it was supposed to. I recently switched pharmacies to a grocery store mainly for convince and ended up with this accord generic. Not only is it hardly effective. I has caused terrible headaches and nausea. started almost immediately after taking. the worst part is I found out the recalled the 1 mg version and i didn't know why but they just had my doctor call in the 2 mg same amount. Im seriously in pain. i almost want to sue this pharmacy for negligence. thats how bad my side effects have been from Accord Healthcare Inc, which I found is made in some country that has terrible regulations and are subject to multiple kinds of dangerous fillers in their factory.
Re: Accords health is the worst (# 268)
Accord was great for me but Teva now is terrible. I have it laying in my drawer. Who Carrie’s accord these days
I take Accord and am unable to get it. All pharmacies only carry Teva which I remember did not work for me so I have no idea what to do. I am trying to find out what happened with Accord to no avail. I am hoping that the Teva brand changed their formulation years back and it will work better for me. They gave me Solco which was really bad for me. I have a lot going on in my life right now.Worst possible time for me to change meds.
Re: Paula (# 270)
So Solco is being made again, where did you find it.. I use to have good luck with Solco (Sleepwise). The latest version of Teva is terrible and both CVS and Walgreens stock it. I took Teva for 8 years before it was discontinued and it was great but the version they reissued is terrible and makes my Anxiety even worse. I currently take the oral disintegrating tablets because I couldn't find a decent version of the pill form. You may ask your Dr to switch you to it and give it a try. Both Par and Sun are available at CVS and Walgreens.
Re: Sherry (# 264)
Since Accord manufacturers are having issues with the FDA, it is not now in production and no idea of when they will get it back. All I could get was Teva and it has made me sick for a month getting worse every day. I am going to have to go to Solco and hope it is better than before. The way I see it it can't be worse than Teva.In my opinion,it is the iodine in Teva but I could be wrong.
Re: Paula (# 270)
Accord will be back on the Market the Company pulled it when the FDA did a review of the Company they didn't say why or what happened other then they were doing a volenteery recall of it so they could test all product to make sure each bottle is exactly the same. It'll take time cause it's being done per a Independent Lab. I was told by the Company possibly 2 months at least.
I got lucky before they pulled all Accord in April, my Pharmacist looked around and got me 2 bottles. Am hoping it's not longer cause Solco seems to be the only one available that is horrible, don't know if it's cause it's made in China or what they put in it? Think Teva is made in India like Accord is.
Hopefully it won't be long
Little bit on Accord and Teva: For those saying it was the FDA who pulled Accord and Teva off the market that isn't so. I'm not sure on TEVA cause I don't take it, but what the FDA found was a issue with the Plant that produces Accord Meds, this had nothing to do with the meds themself. Accord on their own pulled all product not just Clonazepam off the Market to have their Meds Independently Tested for our Safety. The med will be back as soon as testing comes back
Re: VeggieGirl (# 274)
Thank you Accord spokesperson. Teva is in every CVS and Walgreens on the planet and it’s terrible. I wish I could find Accord locally cause it was better than Teva to me
Re: Paula (# 272)
I had very bad side effects with TEVA also. Very strong sedation feeling. I didn’t know TEVA had iodine on it. Let me know which one is working for you now. I am hoping Accord is coming back soon.
Re: Kita (# 276)
Is Accord no longer available?
Re: Bob (# 277)
It is in back order at the moment. Not sure for how long it will stay like that. The company is going through FDA audit and was require to make some improvements to their manufacturing processes.
Re: Kita (# 278)
How do you know this?
Anyone know if Accord 0.5 mgs are still available?
