Hello. I took 5 doses of Cipro 500 for a cough and after the third dose I was already experiencing severe anxiety, which caused me to discontinue the medication. About 5 days after the last dose, my right achilles developed tendinitis and neuropathy on the right foot as well. It has been now 27 days since my last dose and my achilles still hurts and I cant step on that leg. Any suggestions on what to do? When will these symptoms go away? I am very concerned because I have read the FDA stating that these symptoms could be permanent. My physician doesn't seem to have a clue about what happened and I am at a loss as of what to do or what is exactly going on with my body so I can help myself completely heal. Please help. Thank you.

What I need to know is whether Ciplox (ciprofloxacin) 500 can cure a urinary bladder problem? I've got internal pain near my genitals.

I was prescribed cipro (ciprofloxacin) 500mg. I heard it was a strong antibiotic. Is this drug considered a narcotic or a schedule 4 or 5 drug?...Thank you.

Seems all the statins that are prescribed for me, give me severe pain in the right side of the stomach, also nausea. Is there anything that one can take to get the lipid count down?

I am taking Ciprofloxacin 500 mg and was wondering what time should I take them? It says 1 tablet every 12 Hrs.

I think the goal is for you to take your doses approximately 12 hours apart. So, it doesn't matter exactly what time, but you will want to space them out to something like once at 8 am and another at 8 pm ... or once at 9 am and another at 9 pm. Hope that makes sense.

i taking Metronidazole 500mg for an antibiotic for Diverticulitis it said take 1 table every 8 hrs. so what would the time be for every 8 hrs

Cipro should not be on the market. Read the BLACK box warning. Or search Cipro poisoning. Please get a different antibiotic.
