Sir i take these 2 tablets since 3 year. Now i stop to take this. So please tell me what is the side effect of it.

Withdrawal symptoms are probably going to be very different for everyone, so I can only speak based on gathered research:

There have been reported cases of psychotic syndrome after withdrawal of Cyproheptadine (Ciplactin), so I would suggest tapering off this one as opposed to just stopping it completely after all those years.

I would also strongly recommend taking your time tapering off of Dexamethasone (Dexona) or you could have some very unpleasant withdrawal symptoms. I don't know the specific details of what one might come to expect, but I'd imagine it to be similar to the list of side effects for each medication.

sir mai ciplectin and dexona 2 year se use kr ra hu ab mera pet bahut jayda nikl gaya hai meri wait 50 kg hai hight 5.4 inc he mera pet ab se 3 year pehle se nika he tb mera wait 42kg tha. to mere pet me kya hua hoga tall me. Plz aur me kya kru mera pet meri parsnelti se jayda nikla hai my age 20

dekho ye ciplacin tabletnlena bandhnkerdo meri request hai aap sei. q ki ye tablet in future bhot nuksaan hai iskeybproblems hai left eye pain hona or neend bhot aana or colur chaljata or kidney pain hona or sabse badi problem hai k libido problem jo aap ku shadi k time per bhot nuksaan hunga so plz i request u to avoid this stupid tablet otherwise ur wish..

Dear Sir,

Since from 2 year i have taken these two tablets & am gained weight from 50 to 70 which is enough for my height. but now a days i stopped. but it is quite difficult to take food. is there any solution please.

Sir i am using ciplactin, dexona, and aayurvedic capsule swasthy wardhak by grindin them in a bowl (equal 1 n 1/2capsule 2 times a day), from 3 months ago
i am healthy now then before.
If there is any side effect of it or its harmful than pls tell me pls..........

Hello sir, mai ciplactin aur dexona dono milakar 6 months se kha raha ho. Sab ese mana karte hai khane se. kya iska koi side effect hai kya. Esko khata ho to bhukh khub lagta hai. aur sehat bhi bangaya hai.

If taking long time (more than 15 days or 1 month) Dexona and Cyproheptadine both are very dangerous to heath. You have to do required testing of "SEMEN Analysis", because of so many side effects of these medicines, one of them Male infertility. Never use these medicines without doctor prescription.

Sir, Main 3saal ciplactin and dexona 1-1 tablet do baar use kiya .1week pahle mujhe jondice ho gaya or main dawa Lena chhod diya jiske karan mujhe bhukh nhi lagta h or main bahut kamjod ho gaya hun mujhe iska koi upaiy bataye.

Plz never use dexona and ciplactin. That has lots of side effects. If you want to increase your appetite plz try gamon syrup. It's natural and safe. This is available in ayurvedic shops.

About 13 years ago my friend suggested I take ciplactin n dexona tab for weight gain, but whenever i take a single dosage of both i feel tiredness, very weak, vomiting n dizziness. I have taken many treatments for the side effects of these medicines but it was all a waste and now a days i'm suffering from stomach ulcers due to a single dosage of both medications. Please give me some solution. I'm very depressed. {edited for privacy}
