Cialis And Delayed Orgasm

I've used Viagra...too intense erection. Cialis 10 mg works great, however both V and C do not help in eliminating delayed ejaculation or orgasm. Urologist says age, plus high blood sugar are problematic. I'm 80 yrs old and need help. Have wonderful 68 yr old girlfriend.

I need Cialis to maintain erection, but still lack sensitivity in penis, a problem that began and became evident without question, about 15 years ago, around age 65. Now, by the time I am ready to orgasm (if at all) and ejaculate, my girlfriend very likely has orgasm-ed twice and we're both exhausted after as much as an hour or more. We've used lubes that create sensitivity in the vagina, hopefully to the penis at the same time, but that has not helped me. I've searched for a gel, cream or lube I can use daily to increase penile sensitivity but most products are geared to help with premature ejaculation in younger men. I'm becoming desperately afraid, especially after 3 urologist have basically said the same thing; nerve endings are old and hampered farther by borderline diabetes and a pill for high blood pressure, plus Lasix. At the suggestion of one urologist, we've tried vibrators but that seems to increase penile insensitivity and mentally turns me off to the point of losing my erection. Any idea or suggestion from anyone will be greatly appreciated ... as soon as possible, please.
