Chymoral Plus contains Diclofenac, Trypsin and Chymotrypsin, it is used as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.
Many people do better taking it after eating, because the Diclofenac can cause stomach irritation and the production of excess stomach acid.
As to the dosage and the frequency it is taken in a day, that depends on the condition being treated, which is why you should consult your doctor, it can vary from one daily up to 3 or 4 times a day.
