Chest Pain After Stenting

I am 48 and in fair shape. Both parents have had heart attacks. I have had two heart attacks in less than a month. I was stented in the RCA and the same area was clotted 3 weeks later . I have been on blood thinners since the first MI. i
My question is after the second intervention I am now having muscle soreness in my entire body as well as discomfort in the chest area. Dr.s and nurses say the chest pain is normal after angioplasty and stenting. Has anyone else had these issues?

Yes, that can be normal after having such procedures, so it is best to follow the advice of your medical professionals. Keep in touch with them, so they are aware of the severity and symptoms, that way they know if there is reason to be concerned or not. The NIH advises the same thing.

Blood thinners can also cause some body aches, muscle aches, and chest pain, as side effects, according to the FDA.
