I'm a Pharmacy student at the University of Santo Tomas. I suggest na best itake sa umaga ang cherifer dahil may taurine ito na nagbooboost sa energy, therefore kung sa gabi mo ito iinumin maaaring hindi ka makatulog. Dapat sabayan mo rin ito ng healthy diet; 3 meals a day + snacks and take a lot of proteins, Vitamin D (for absorption of calcium), and Calcium (for strengthening and growth of bones). Milk has it all. Masama sa stomach ang milk pag ininom sa umaga due to its alkalinity, I suggest na sa gabi ito inumin because it also aids in better sleep. Plus exercise and stretching para mabanat ang mga joints and vertebrates, try to search nalang kung ano yung mga exercise and stretching na yun. To sum it all, take cherifer and exercise (and stretch) in the morning and drink milk before you go to sleep. And most especially have enough rest (8 hours of sleep daily is a must, too much and too little is bad).

im female mag 21 ako sa october 27, nag ttake ako ng cherifer pgm 10-22. wala akong gana kumain nung di pa ko umiinom nun pero ngayon lagi ako nagugutom. okay na rin yun sakin kasi payat ako isa rin sa problema ko kung pano ako magpapataba.

hai po ! effective po ang cherifer. 1 and half inch po ang nadadagdag sa height ko , 5'2 ako noon ngayon 5'3 and half inch lapit na mag 5'4 at 2 months ko siyang ininom kasi na stop ako at 21 ang age ko nun ... medyo mahal kasi ang cherifer kumpara sa iba ... heheeh

Hello guys :-) effective po ang CHERIFER PGM 10-22. nagtake ako in few weeks hindi umefect.. pero pinatuloy ko parin ang pagtake ng cherifer. tumangkad ako ng half inch in 2 months noon 5'9 ngayun 5'9½. gawin nyu lang guys stretching pagumaga at uminom ng gatas taz wagmagpupuyat. yun lang guys :-)
