Is Cherifer Pgm 10-22 effective? I'm 5'7 height and play basketball.

pano po pag mataba ako tapos gusto kong tumangkat pa, ang height ko po is 5' 6, gusto ko pong tumangkad pa kasi mataba ako e parang naiisip ko na gumamit ng cherifer kasi hahaba ako at medyo magiislim.

Um hi gumamit ako nun pero one week lang. Kase sabi nila one week lang daw may result na sa kanila. Kaya nung nakita ko na after one week of using na wala akong nakitang result tinigil ko na. Should i continue using?? Gusto ko pa kasing tumangkad. I am 17 years old ang i am 5" 2

Your lucky that u did not yet reach the age of 17. I don't know you either, but if u really want to gain height without doubt and 100% assurance, you must go a Growth hormone treatment (somatrophin, saizen) with the guidance of a pediatric endocrinologist for correct dosage. my son is on his 2nd month of GH treatment (injectable), the med is quite expensive but really worth it. Go to UST and look for a pediatric endoc. My son reached 1 cm in the first month. Hopefully 10 cm in a year

Hi. Na ako and I wonder kung effective na talaga yung cherifer or scam lang, nung thirteen ako nag take na ako niyan, pero wala namang effect, for three months nag take ako with proper diet, basketball player din naman ako, tama din tulog ko, pero wala namang naging epekto sakin, 5'3 1/2 ako currently, gustong gusto ko pang tumankad kahit hanggang 5'11 lang tulad ng mga cousin ko, ano na any dapat ko pang gawin eh ang tatankad naman ng pamilya namin, ako lang yatang hindi, mother side and father side ang tatangkad, meron nga akong cousin Babae, 14 palang 5'8 na ang height, sa pagtake ko ba ito? Or late lang puberty ko, kc kahit nga buhok sa kilikili wala pa ako eh, meron pa bang ibang alternatives maliban lang sa cherifer, o gloxi effective ba? Nagpaplano kasi akong bumili.

Once a day lang po.
Try stretching pagkagising and exercise na rin with proper diet.

17 years old napo ako pero wala pa atang 5' yung height ko. Syempre nakakaworry po. Bumili po ko ng Cherifer PGM. Wala pa naman pong effect since one week pa lang po kong nagtatake. Hopeful na sana umeffect. Tsaka dapat daw po sabayan ng proper diet and exercise. Try stretching and more sleep.

- Sino po ang umiinom ng Cherifer na umeffect po?
