From 5 flat to 5'3 ako nung 15 ako, 1 month akong uminom ng Cherifer PGM at sinabayan ko ng centrum advance for better effects sabi ng pinsan ko and di ako nakakapag exercise except for walking and during PE Class. After 1 month tinigil ko kasi di na keri ng budget hahahaha. Ngayong 16 ako, currently nagtatry ulit ako for 1 month and ganoon pa rin, cherifer PGm + centrum advance. Every night ko iniinom. Might as well exercise regularly and have a healthy diet. From what I've read, stretching the body aids in height growth.

ateng wag na kasi maggagain ka lang ng weight. triny ko yan at araw araw may stretching at exercise nung 16 ako pero wala eh 4'10 talaga ang bagsak tas tumaba ako ng lalo 49 naging 55kg so no na lang

Effective naman sya. Pero mas effective sya pag tinake between 12 - 14 years old tsaka dapat tinetake 1 or 2 hours before you sleep (it gives you energy so don't take it right before you sleep). So yun nga tinake ko sya bago matulog and i'm 13 years old at natangkad ako about mga 0.5 inch every 3 days or 1 inch every week.

Conclusion: Effective sya pag tinake mo pag nasa kalagitnaan ka ng puberty. At dapat itetake 1 to 2 hours before you sleep.

Yes. I think it is effective but not for everyone. But for me it's effective. I grow 1 inch every week (not exactly 1 inch).

How many times a day should I take cherifer pgm? Tanong ko po kong ano ba yong dapat kong inumin para tumaas din po. Effective po ba ang cherifer pgm? 21 years old na po pero ang liit ko po. Please answer me.

I have a question. A few months ago I stopped taking cherifer capsules kasi po if my tummy doesnt hurt eh sumusuka po ako and im planning to take the syrup. Will it still be effective on me?

Sinubukan ko mag-Cherifer kaso paputol-putol ang intake ko because of being busy sometimes. So I took days, weeks or months before to take it again. 5'8 ako last year, but I'm now 5'9. siguro kung bibilangin ko lahat ng nainom ko mga isa't kalahating box na. Nakadepende kasi ako sa baon ko kaya minsan paputol-putol saka parang sumasakit yung tiyan ko kahit one hour pagkatapos ko kumain 'to iniinom. Susubukan ko ulit ito nang walang tigil. Ang tanong, bakit pa ako umiinom pa nito kung 5'9 na ako? Sagot, gusto ko ma-maximize ang height ko kahit hanggang 6'1 lang. Mahirap talaga maging "maliit dahil noong elementary ako maliit din ako kaya laging nasa unahan ng pila. T_T
