Is Cherifer Pgm 10-22 effective? I'm 5'7 height and play basketball.

yes it is real i was only 11 yrs old when i was using it my height was uhmm.... about 5'1 now i'm 14 yrs old i'm 162 cm that is 5'4 its effective but its effect is for a long time

Umiinom po ako ng Cherifer PGM 10-22 at nagja-jogging po tuwing umaga at stretching. Mga ilang weeks pa po bago tumalab. My height is so awful. Im 16 years old and my height is only just 5 feet.

Yung cherrifer kasi hindi ko maramdaman na walang apekto sa pagtangkad ko kahit 5'5 lang ako. Hanggang ngayun sabi nila sa akin ganito parin height ko. Yung nagtake ako ng gloxi supplement tumangkad talaga ako ng 5'9 simula na 5 months. Ito yung ginamit ko kontra sa cherrier malaking binibigay sa aking pampatangkad kahit yung matatanda tumatangkad rin.

I'll try to answer your question but first, let me put everything in proper perspective. There is really no wonder drug, herbal or synthetic medicine, nor vitamins that can dramatically increase your height. No. 1 factor is genetics, most probably, race of the person. As a Filipino, to begin with, on an average, we are not a tall race. So if you come from a family of mostly short members, you cannot expect too much that you are going to be any different. Other factors that may affect your height is nutrition, but still it's not going to be much of help if you are genetically destined to be short. 3rd factor is exercise or engaging in sports or physical activities but it will not give you significant height improvement either. Ample sleep and good sleeping habits is another factor which can help you improve your height just a bit. Genetically, we are "wired" to have minimum and maximum height potential. But with poor nutrition, lack of exercise, and insufficient sleep, we might not reach that maximum height potential. In conclusion, you might gain an extra inch or two by doing everything that may help you grow taller but if you come from a family that is vertically challenged, you can only hope that you do not fall "short" of your chances to get the height that you can realistically reach.

I take this for 1 week and nakita ko ang difference ng mga hindi ko kaheight dati at ka height ko na ngayon medyo na so if pagpapatuloy ko pa to baka mas matangkaran ko pa sakanila so guys im 20 im sharing you my strategy sa gabi nyo to iinom before sleep then bago inumin mag milk muna then drink the med then sleep after mo gumising streching ka muna at yun.
