hi 19 yrs old n ko,10 capsules n tetake kong c.PGM,at balak ko pa to ipagpatuloy gang lumabas ang reslut, effective prin po b to skin or how long pa pra mkita ko ung result? 5'6 ang height ko e gsto ko mging 5'8 atleast,i do stretchings evry morning n evening proper food at sleep

hello, I'm 21 5days nq nag stretching at nag increase naman ng 1 inch in a month.. pero now pang 3rd day ko palang mag take ng cherifer tingin niyo po ba gaganto kahit 5hrs sleep lang ngagawa kong tulog nagwowork na kc ako..

my friends said that that cherifer has a late reaction.. from her experience.. she didn't grow..she took it for a year.. but after she stopped.. its then that she started growing.. i as her classmate witnessed it.. because she still grows even if she's already 18 now.:)

I'm 15 years old girl, nung bata pa ko ako ung pinakamatangkad samin then ung nag 11 yrs old na ko hindi na ko tumangkad since then 5' flat na ko pero ngaung 15 yrs old na ko tumangkad ako for 2 cm bale 5'1 na ko. Today I start using cherifer pgm para tumangkad pa po ako , I'm so desperate na tumangkad dahil napag-iiwanan na ko ng classmates ko. sa tingin niyo po ba tatangkad pa ko kasi sa tigin ko i stopped growing during my puberty stage.???

hereditary din nman kasi minsan kung bakit matangkad o maliit ang isang tao depende din ito sa eating habits at kung masusustansya ba yung kinakain mo ang cherifer tulong lang ito.

opo talagang effective .. peo d pa ako nakabili kc masyadong expensive for me..nakita ko lang sa friend ko nung nagtake sya ng gloxi kc dati 5flat lang sya peo ngaun 5"9 na ang loko...sana makabili rin ako para makahabol sa kanya hahaha...peo ikaw kuya bili kana

anu ba yan naguguluhan ako .. di ko alam kung ilan ang iinumin every month ? kase sabi nung pharmacist sa mercury nung bumili nanay ko 4 times a month lng daw . e parang di ako satisfied :(( kaya gumawa ako ng mga research about Cherifer PGM di ko naman makita . tapos ng nakita ko to . binasa ko lahat ng opinion nyu baka may matuklasan akong iba . ang nababasa ko lng yung iba naniniwalang effective yung iba naman hindi . tanung ko lng kung every day ba talga dapt uminum ? Need answer . /plaseeee :))

kua is it really effective? kce nsa fam. nmin na mtangkad and evn my cousins alwys join pagents... im being so conscious na! i used to be so tall khit bta p ko.. mas mtangkd aq sa mga friends q but nung ng 1st aq ngstop na ng height ko... please reply po... does it really work?
