Taking Cherifer during the night would be the best time since during in this time our body releases growth hormones so that would be, Cherifer + Early Sleep + Exercise + High Calcium Milk to get the best results! Good Luck!

hahahah..nakakatawa ung ibang mga comment....sa tingin ko everything hav its purpose. my dahilan kung bkit ganito ang binigay na height sa atin. nga pala pangit sa babae kung masyadong matangkad 5'0-5'3 ok na un. pero ok din atleast u try ur best para tumangkad. but the most important thing is to know how to accept. be thankful...^_^

You see, some of these people who have taken cherifer might have been at the age of where you would actually grow. When i was at my 3rd year HS around 15-16 yrs old i was in-taking cherifer religiously. And grew from 5'0 to 5'3 but then i stopped around 4th year and i grew even more taller up to 5'7.
It might be a coincidence that it was from my genetics that made me this tall.
And i even read from above that someone was in-taking this capsules for like a year and no change to his/her height at all!
But perseverance and determination actually will help. Im 19 now but i gained 1 inch from in-taking cherifer pgm and doing yoga and stretch exercises. But at the moment im working so i cannot really provide myself to the routine. Try researching about how to improve your height.
Hope alot of what i said helps and gave you ideas.

Hello. I'm 19 yrs old. Male I've been taking cherifer Pgm in my Hs Days. Before I was in 1st yr. mga 5'4 lang ata ako nun. Din Pagtungtung ko ng 4th yr. Nagulat ako kc yung Height ko from 5'4 to 5'9. mga 15 yrs old pa ata ako nun. Pagtungtung ko naman ng college tumgigil na ako sa pag inum. yun don na. hanggang 5'10 1/2 nlng itinangkad ko. kaya ngayon Im starting to take cherifer pagm ulit para umabot pa ako ng 6. hehehe ^_^ Sana nagwork out na. may improvement na. Mga 2 weeks pa ata ako nagumpisa magtake ulit.

for girls, if you're 18 it isn't advisable anymore as well as for guys who are 21.. that's what my doctor said when asked if I can still take it since I'm still 21.. coz that's the time where your growth hormones have stopped. it may be effective in an abnormal way like example ung arms mo lang ang lalaki, or legs..etc. ndi na proportionate pag pinilit pa..

this is so fake ive been drinking Cherifer PGM +zinc for 1 yr..but still nothing works!! so fake!! 17 pesos per capsule??? eww...plss stop buying those!

pag girl ka, at 18 years old ka na, hindi na pwede kasi nagclose na ang epiphycial plate mo. sa boys, 21 nagco-close ang epiphycial plates nila. kaya pag nag-exceed na ka na range na un, kahit na anong take mo ng growth enhancers, hindi na xa ma-aabsorb ng bones mo. tumalab naman ang cherifer sakin. i started taking that vit. when i was in grade6. 5"5' lang ako now. i'm 16 years old. 1st year nursing student of Far eastern University. Hindi na ko nagtetake ng cherifer, kasi alam kong tatangkad pa ko. may 2 years pa. 5"6 lang ang target ko. pangit kasi sa babae ang sobrang tangkad. and another thing, hindi talaga mag-eeffect ang cherifer kung hindi constant ang pag-take mo nito. at hindi talaga ito magwowork kahit na 1 straight week ka magtake. kelangan more that a month para mastimulate ung growth hormones mo.

It worked for me.. but i think it really depends on the genes because i got my dad's genes and it worked for me.. i grew at least 7 inches (not accurate) because i drank cherifer every single day non stop for 5 weeks..
and my sister got my mum's genes and she drank cherifer the same time i did and she drank it everyday too for 5 weeks and she didn't even grow an inch.
my sister is older than me, so now im taller than her ^^

How about trying to take it for at least 2 - 3 months and see any changes, its not a magic pill, its a supplement and also take it with regular exercise, and if ur 18 or up, well it will obviously have a very less effect or none, after all we grow when we puberty, not after puberty.

it all depends on God whether you will grow taller or not it says in the bible God has the power to make you grow an inch taller....

dba ang sabi helps to maximize teenagers potential growth..ibg sbhn kng ang katawan nio ay my kakayahang pang mag grow imamaximize nya toh..so depende din sa genes nio..kng mttangkad ang lahi nio..swerte kc sa stage ng paglaki nio mamamaximize ang height nio.so wlang mssyng na pnhon. pra nmn sa mga d katangkadan..halimbawa 5"3 5"4 or smth.. yan n tlga genes nio so wlang imamaximize sa inio.. kng ngttake kau nito mpapansin nio immune system lng ang ngbabago sa inio..just be happy nln sa height nio.. btw im 18 yr old ..5"9ako before then nagtake aq nito ng less than a month plus exercise (gym,basketball,badminton,walking,stretching,healthy diet..specially my protein intake)and im so happy 6ft nako naun..and now im targeting about my 6ft.and 2inchs. i think its possible kc mga pinsan ko puro 6ft and abov heights nila..(its all about genes,foods,environment,exercise ..itong cherifer pra skn additional lng dn..so see for urself nlng)
