hahahah..nakakatawa ung ibang mga comment....sa tingin ko everything hav its purpose. my dahilan kung bkit ganito ang binigay na height sa atin. nga pala pangit sa babae kung masyadong matangkad 5'0-5'3 ok na un. pero ok din atleast u try ur best para tumangkad. but the most important thing is to know how to accept. be thankful...^_^

Cherifer is not a wonder drug that can make you taller overnight or in a month just by in-taking it everyday, you all have to do you part to grow taller, it requires patience, determination, and perseverance, if you guys really want to grow taller you have to really really want it, you guys need to do stretching which would help you increase your height, do it in morning and before bed time AND make sure you do it everyday, also eating healthful foods would help increase your height, you gotta know which foods that can help you increase height. Involving yourself in a sport like karate, taekwondo or etc would greatly help. ALSO get 9hrs of sleep everyday, it will help your body release more HGH which can OF COURSE help you increase height.
So don't think that in-taking cherifer and doing nothing would increase your height 'cause IT WILL NOT help you, it takes a lot of dedication to get achieve it. Cherifer does work if you also do your part. All you guys need is to inform yourselves on how you will help yourself increase height, also be patient, be dedicative, always persevere AND Never let lazyness get over you.

You see, some of these people who have taken cherifer might have been at the age of where you would actually grow. When i was at my 3rd year HS around 15-16 yrs old i was in-taking cherifer religiously. And grew from 5'0 to 5'3 but then i stopped around 4th year and i grew even more taller up to 5'7.
It might be a coincidence that it was from my genetics that made me this tall.
And i even read from above that someone was in-taking this capsules for like a year and no change to his/her height at all!
But perseverance and determination actually will help. Im 19 now but i gained 1 inch from in-taking cherifer pgm and doing yoga and stretch exercises. But at the moment im working so i cannot really provide myself to the routine. Try researching about how to improve your height.
Hope alot of what i said helps and gave you ideas.

im only 13 yrs old since i first take this vitamin,and only stands 4feet and 10 inches,but now i stands 5'2, i only take 3 months.then stop using it,now im 14 yrs old. i dont know if this efective. :))

Yung dahilan kaya ayoko umiinom nun is sumasakit yung tiyan ko o kaya nagvovomit ako. 16 na ko ngayon and gusto ko pa mag gain ng height kaya iniisip ko kung magtetake ulit ako ng Cherifer kaya lang baka ganun ulit mangyari tulad sa dati. im 16 yrs old now. and the last time i took cherifer was somewhere in May 2011, less than 2weeks lang ang duration ng continuous na pag-inom ko ng cherifer then i stopped drinking it kasi tinamad nakong bumili ulit. then nung enrollment period na, maraming nakanotice na tumangkad daw ako, tapos nung nagpamedical nako sa school naging 5in na ang height ko, before ako uminom ng cherifer 4 years nang 4'11 ang height ko.(i guess effective naman siya) i don't know if it was because of cherifer or nagkataon lang na tumangkad ako. i wanna try it again, kasi gusto ko pa talagang tumangkad. may nakaranas na rin ba ng ganitong situation??

noong grade 6 ako sobrang liit ko talaga. grabe daw yung itinangkad ko nung uminom ako ng cherifer kasi pag tapak ko ng 1st year naging 5'3 na ko. 5'4 na ko ngayon, ambagal ko tumangkad. Hindi ko kasi alam kung ilang days or weeks or months bago tumalab ang cherifer eh. 18 na ko, baka di na gumana.
