23 na ako this year, narealize ko magpatangkad ok ba ako uminom ng cherifer kahit lagpas na ako sa limit na 22? Nakainom na ako before, nung teenager pa ako mga month lang tumigil na ako kasi nga masakit sa tyan. Ngayon, gusto ko ulit icontinue kahit maskit sa tyan basta tumangkad. 4'11 ako ngayon target ko sana 5'5.

exercise everyday! have much of stretching than taking that fake capsule, especially in the Philippines. All of products are fake and not that guaranteed.

anu ba yan naguguluhan ako .. di ko alam kung ilan ang iinumin every month ? kase sabi nung pharmacist sa mercury nung bumili nanay ko 4 times a month lng daw . e parang di ako satisfied :(( kaya gumawa ako ng mga research about Cherifer PGM di ko naman makita . tapos ng nakita ko to . binasa ko lahat ng opinion nyu baka may matuklasan akong iba . ang nababasa ko lng yung iba naniniwalang effective yung iba naman hindi . tanung ko lng kung every day ba talga dapt uminum ? Hello im 22 yrs old,,5'11 in height gusto ko sana tumangkad hanggang 6'3, kasi ang maliit sa team namin.. anu da best na pwdeng inumin,yung pang 22 o yung for adults???? tnx po.

Hello. I'm 20 years old. I'm 5'5. I 2ant to be taller.I'm taking cherifer pgm with zinc. 20 php per capsule. Is it still effective to me even I'm 20 years old? I'm taking the pill with milk, exercise and enough sleep.Please reply. Thanks!

It works differently on different people, but it seems like it worked on me, I'm Filipino and i started using cherifer since i was like 5 I stopped when i was 12 I was about 5'3 or 5'4 then I started taking it again after 3 months of my birthday I stopped when i was 13 and I was 5'6. Now i'm 14 and I'm about 5'7 or 5'8, And I'm starting it again now. I have already exceeded both of my parents heights but still, I want to be taller. So I guess I'll take a crack at the old cherifer again. Hope you guys see growth when you take cherifer, if not, go and try new kinds of vitamins and enhancers. I dont know. x'D

..and be contented of what you are and what you have..that's the lesson i've learned when i take cherifer..when i take it..i think i've just gaining weight not height..haha,,funny!!

Hi. Effective b tlga ang cherifer pgm.. Nag ttka lng aqu kung bkit s pamilya q ako lng maliit my father is 5"10 and my older brother is 5"11.. Pero maaga ako n expose s stressful n buhay ei at age of 16nag iinum n aqu.. Pero ngaun tinigil qu n.... Im already 19 y.o and I ttry q ndin tung cherifer my effect kya...
