well i've been taking cherifer my whole life and well i've only just become 14 and i'm 5'4 and my parents are pretty small, so i think it does work, well for some people

exercise everyday! have much of stretching than taking that fake capsule, especially in the Philippines. All of products are fake and not that guaranteed.

Why don't they try Hi-Smart for at least 3 months. Age range for those who may take it is between 2 to 21.

Taking Cherifer during the night would be the best time since during in this time our body releases growth hormones so that would be, Cherifer + Early Sleep + Exercise + High Calcium Milk to get the best results! Good Luck!

pag girl ka, at 18 years old ka na, hindi na pwede kasi nagclose na ang epiphycial plate mo. sa boys, 21 nagco-close ang epiphycial plates nila. kaya pag nag-exceed na ka na range na un, kahit na anong take mo ng growth enhancers, hindi na xa ma-aabsorb ng bones mo. tumalab naman ang cherifer sakin. i started taking that vit. when i was in grade6. 5"5' lang ako now. i'm 16 years old. 1st year nursing student of Far eastern University. Hindi na ko nagtetake ng cherifer, kasi alam kong tatangkad pa ko. may 2 years pa. 5"6 lang ang target ko. pangit kasi sa babae ang sobrang tangkad. and another thing, hindi talaga mag-eeffect ang cherifer kung hindi constant ang pag-take mo nito. at hindi talaga ito magwowork kahit na 1 straight week ka magtake. kelangan more that a month para mastimulate ung growth hormones mo.

height ko 5'5" 17yrs old.. 3months nko nag tatake ng cherriffer, nothings happen,, kung pede nga lng 10 capsules a day eh,, baka magkaron na talga ng effect!

ayon..ako im 14 years old bago ako mag take ng cherifer 54 ang height ko.pero after 3 days ko na pag inom npnsn ko na tumangkad ako at pag sukat ko sa height ko 5'6 na ko.so ayon.hindi lang pala dapat inom lang sasamahn dapat ng exercise..like sports... or jogging..pra mabanat ang buto mo.

nung highschool ako nagtake ako ng cherifer..3rd year ako nun kc ayokong mapag iwanan sa mga classmates ko..nung una parang walang nangyari but nung itigil ko na nag effect ito I'm 14 nuon and i'm 5'5 then nung 4th year ako 5'6-5'7 na ko at ngayun ngang 17 na ko 5'8-5'9 na ko.. at nagcmula ulit ako uminom basta may kasamang exercise coz i'm a basketball player sana tumangkad parin ako...hope mareach ko mga 5'11-6' masaya na ko...

hi! I'm 13 years old and my height is 5flat .. I'm afraid that I'll not grow taller anymore but I still hope that I'll grow taller at least 56 before I reach the age of 18, actually my younger brother , he's 10 years old surpass my height, I don't know what to do? do I'll buy cherifer or maybe I can do something about it.. but how long? please help!! I'm afraid that it'll have negative side effects.. :'( huhuhuhu

..and be contented of what you are and what you have..that's the lesson i've learned when i take cherifer..when i take it..i think i've just gaining weight not height..haha,,funny!!

..i take cherifer in 9 months..but theres no changes at all..Fake!!!it doesn't work.guys.if i were u..u don't mind about your height than you'll just waisting your money..it's better to save your allowance than to buy cherifer for nothing..!!
