I am looking for a doctor who prescribes suboxone in the New Orleans, slidell Louisiana area. I am a single mom with no insurance, can't afford 350 a visit and prescription cost. My kids have medicaid but I don't. Thanks.

Also in need of help/tips with suboxone. Currently pregnant and need to figure something out in the boutte/new orleans area asap. I'm 24 weeks pregnant and withdrawal is not an option for me.. could lose the baby if I withdraw. I'm not from this area, I dont know anyone or much about this area. Please help. Ive been on subutex for the last 3-4 months but I couldn't make them last this month. Will be out completely by tomorrow. Thank you. Any suggestions or anyone who may be able.to help, it's much appreciated.

Benadryl will cause a false reading for methadone. I went through the same problem.

My reply to verwon... Why would you tell someone to go to a methadone clinic when that person is looking for a suboxone doctor? I need the name of the dr that accepts medicaid please I just moved to new orleans because my son is in the hospital here and I am in the middle of training to bring him home on a ventilator and I went to a dr that took medicaid here and he wrote me a script for the 90 a month I have been on for 4 years and his office manager took it and refysed to give it to me and accused me of being a drug dealer right before christmas and tokd me if I wanted my med I had to detox off it firts and sge woukd start me over this was right before christmas and she said no one ever stays on subs for this long at this amount and there was no way I needed that many... I'm depseratly needing a dr fast that takes medicaid and doesbt have crooks working in his office

Hi Girley, your a single mom, you should be receiving Medicaid as well because the governor put everyone on Medicaid with food stamps. I have the name of a doctor that you can go to with Medicaid and $200 and they will prescribe you everything. If you're interested just write me back. {edited for privacy}.
