very small round white pill with embossed looking Capital M full size on one side and the other side is scored in half with a small 10 at the bottom and a Capital EC it looks like at the top. Given to me for a generic brand of Lexapro. I do not think it is

Yes, this tablet contains 10mgs of Escitalopram, which is the active ingredient in Lexapro, an SSRI antidepressant.

Round white tablet. Side 1: M Side 2: EC 20
Escitalopram 20mg tablet. AKA Lexapro.

May cause dizziness and drowsiness. Alcohol may intensify this effect. Use care when operating a car or dangerous machinery.

Lexapro is an antidepressant of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) class. It is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of adults and children over 12 years of age with major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder.

Thanks for the info. Was prescribed M ec20 for Lexapro and wasn't sure.
