Hi Ali,
I did some research and it seems as though your pill may be an anabolic steroid by the name of Winstrol. The pill you have contains 50mg of Stanozolol; a man-made steroid, similar to the a naturally occurring steroid Testosterone.
Stanozolol is sometimes used in the treatment of hereditary angioedema, which causes episodes of swelling of the face, extremities, genitals, bowel wall, and throat.
