Prescription bottle says manf. is Rouse. Med is supposed to be Propranolol 80mg ER. Capsule is half solid blue with code and other half is white with 3 blue stripes running around capsule but do not join. Looks like a type of inderal which is the name brand for propranolol but this code and pill does not show up anywhere

Can you post back and tell us what that code is? That is the easiest way for us to look it up.
