Cannabis: An Alternative To Rx Meds?

Hi All, I just want to ask if anyone ever tried using medical cannabis as an alternative to meds? I suffer from a motorcycle accident and had a broken tibial plateau. I've undergone 2 surgeries, the first was bone grafting and they get some bones on my hip and put it on the crushed part of my tibial. Then they put some titanium plating on my broken bone. I had to endure 6 months of pain and anxiety. So I started reading articles about medical cannabis and how it can help you in terms of chronic pain, glaucoma, eating disorder, anxiety disorders and panic attacks, inflammation, even cancer and a lot more. CBD and THC are also new to me and I don’t even smoke. If this is true I cant find any solid conclusive evidence that speaks to its efficacy. Any personal experience or testimonial would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

I live in Canada, where we have access with a Dr.'s prescription to Medical Cannabis. My husband and I both use a High CBD tincture. High CBD means that there are minimal psychoactive effects. Like all medicines, it takes a while to get used to them. The local medical dispensary that has been supplying medical cannabis for many years, is called "The Vics"; I think their online presence is thevics.com. They have an archive of pretty much ALL the studies done on Medicinal Cannabis.
