Can I Take Nediclon Diclofenaco 100 Mg With Ibuprofen
UpdatedMy husband is taking prescribed ibuprofen 800mg but is still in much knee pain and a friend gave him this medicine before going to the doctor and took it but forgot to ask doctor if he can continue it and doctor never mentioned if he should stop it

No, he should not take them both. Both Diclofenac and Ibuprofen are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories, so it would be essentially doubling up on the same medication and could increase the risk of him experiencing dangerous bleeding episodes, stomach ulceration and liver damage, as reported by the FDA.
He should check with his doctor to see which one is safest for him to take.
Is there anything else I can help with?
