Can I Take Anything To Stop The Withdrawl
UpdatedI did hydrocodone and oxycodone for a year and found out I was pregnant so my doctor gave me 2 suboxone strips. I have been cutting the 8mg/2mg strips into 8 pieces and taking one piece a day. I want to stop everything but anytime i don't do anything at all I feel terrible and restless. Question is... What can I do to stop the wd symptoms? Or should I just take my dose for the day? And how long does it take to feel normal without anything?

Suboxone actually isn't recommended during pregnancy, the preferred one for safety reasons is Subutex, which doesn't contain the Naloxone that is in Suboxone with the Buprenorphine.
The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
It will most likely just take time for your withdrawal symptoms to go away, but please be careful and follow your doctor's advice, as withdrawal can be dangerous for your baby.
Is there anything else I can help with?
