Can Suboxone Cause Hair Loss?

Can somebody please tell me if hair loss is a symptom of buprenorphine-naloxone 8-2mg? It's also known as Suboxone. I'm experiencing a lot of hair loss & dryness. If so, can somebody suggest something else? Thanks so much.

Does Suboxone (Buprenorphine + Naloxone) or any of its derivatives cause hair loss & drying of hair?

Yes, it has been known to cause alopecia as a side effect, in some people that take it, but it is not common. Suboxone may also cause other side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

As to an alternative, that depends on the reason you are taking it. Can you please post back and specify?

Yes Zubsolv causes hair loss. I have lost almost half my hair. Took Zubsolv for 3 months, had a 2 month gap and started taking again for 1 month and the hair loss daily is alarming.
