Can Someone Taking Diclofenic Also Take Paracetamol

I am taking diclofenic and was wondering if I can safely take paracetamol

Has your doctor advised you to take both?

Usually, it isn't necessary, because the Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so it relieves pain, fever and swelling.

Thus, it and the Paracetamol do almost the same thing, except the Paracetamol doesn't do as much for swelling.
