Can Someone Help Me Please

My husband was prescribed vicodin for his third degree burns. This is his second prescription and the pills dont match. The new pills are oblong, white and one side has
APO on it and the other side has que 300 or oue. It's hard to tell. He needs these asap and the pharmacy is closed. Please help!

Many vicodin or norcos have a set of numbers with 3?? on them. For instsnce- I currently take norco 367... And it has the numbers 367 imprinted on them. Are the ones your husband have not working? I would call the Dr.'s exchange line if the Doctor or pharmacist are not in.

I just researched on the internet- and I found that the pill APO 300 is actually lithium!!!

Actually, this tablet contains 300mgs of Quetiapine, which is an antipsychotic medications that's used to treat conditions such as schizphrenia and bipolar disorder. It is not a pain reliever of any type.

Pharmacies deal with the cheapest pills they can find. One company may make a certain pill in a circular shape, while another company makes it oblong. The pharmacy should have told you that the pills were the same as before...just not the same shape. If you are still concerned, go online to a website that shows all pills by shape. Some websites are better than others. You might have to try several.
