Generally dizziness is something you can just assume as a side effect of most medications, there are few exceptions that aren't known to cause it.
And as to the low heart rate, if you're taking this and experiencing that, then you need to contact your doctor immediately.
It may mean that your magnesium has dropped to a dangerously low level, which can sometimes occur due to these PPI medications.
