I am 50 yrs old male and i am recently experiencing coccydynia (Tailbone pain) if i continuously sit for half-an-hour and drive bike for 15 mts. Can methycobal give any relief to me, if i take it? is there any other medicine for this pain? please advise.

Have you consulted a doctor?
Methylcobalamin is just a form of vitamin B12, so it will really only help with pain if it is being caused, or aggravated by a lack in this vital nutrient.
