I first started on Enablex with worked really well. Cost went up and Dr put me on Oxybutynin 2 times a day. He recently changed me to the Extended Release and instructions state to used 1 at night. Well, it works fine until late afternoon and then I start having issues. If I could take in the morning it should last me all day but do not know if there is a reason that it has to be taken just a night.

Some doctors recommend taking it at night, due to the possible side effects it can cause, which may include dizziness, drowsiness and blurry vision, as listed by the FDA. That way when they hit their peak, you're basically sleeping through them.
However, it should be fine to take it in the morning, but it would be best to double check with your doctor to be sure.
