Can I Take Bayberg Men's Multivitamin Antioxidant Formula

I'm a 32 years old male. Can I take Bayberg Men's multivitamin antioxidant formula on a daily basis? Are there any side effects that can happen as a result of taking this formula? I heard some vitamins can damage your DNA or a high volume of zinc can cause cancer.

A multivitamin/mineral supplement is only dangerous if someone takes too much by exceeding the recommended dosage amount. As long as you take it only as directed, and with your doctor's approval, then there shouldn't be anything to worry about.

However, they do not alter your DNA, and while zinc is known to be elevated in some people with certain cancer precursors, it's not known to cause it. But taking too much may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, loss of appetite, vomiting, and headaches.
