Can I Appeal A Decision With Humana?
UpdatedAfter 3 years on Suboxone my insurance company turned down a Prior Appeal and forced me to take Zubsolv. I got sick immediately, had headaches and vomiting occurred. What can I do?

The FDA does warn those as being possible side effects of this medication, along with dry mouth, and constipation.
And yes, most insurance companies do have an appeal process, it can vary from company to company, so I cannot tell you what the process is with Humana, but you should be able to find the details in your paperwork from them, or via their patient website. I am sure they also have a number you can call to ask them how to do so.
What did the prior appeal involve? Are you on any other medications?
