i realy cant sleep can i take 3 or 4 of sleepasil i tool 1 buk theres no effect at all still the same

can i take 2 sleepasil capsul i am 44 years old very dificult to sleep everynight since im here in the philippines...thank you very much.

Sleepasil is a natural supplement that contains Melatonin, Valerian Root, Chamomile and Hops, all of which are believed to help someone sleep.

I think sleepasil can be used as emergency treatment or im thinking if can be used as therapeutic treatment for people suffering from anxiety attack or panic attack. since the content of the sleepasil are anti anxiety or it has a calming effects. what if sleepasil will do a clinical trial twice daily or thrice daily sleeapsil for the treatment of anxiety attack (light to moderate) and supplement for those with severe or full blown panic attack. another is to perform clinical trial in combination with beta blocker drugs to treat anxiety attack.
