Can Cyclobenzaprine Cause A False Positive Pregnancy Test?

I took a 5mg Flexeril (just one pill, for just one day) and the next morning had 4 positive pregnancy tests. Went to the doctor the next day and it was negative? Is this possible?

Wow! Why did you do 4 of them?

Some medications can cause false positives, but there are other things that can cause them, as well, such as hormonal treatments, user error, defective tests, and antihistamines that are taken for allergies.

Did the doctor do an actual blood test?
