Calvepen contains the active ingredient Penicillin, this is an antibiotic used to treat many types of infections.

And yes, if you are already predisposed to gout, it can aggravate it and cause an attack.

Have you contacted your doctor, yet? They should be able to give you an alternative antibiotic.
