Customer Sevice Kera Gro
UpdatedI think this company is just out to cheat people and take their money. They tell you that you are only being charged for the price of their shipping and nothing more. No one really calls you to explain that they are going to charge you a non refundable fee of 87 dollars. If it is as good as they claim why don't they accept returns and only give two weeks for the trial. Their customer service is also so poor, the lady sounds so rude and you can stay on the phone for ten minutes before someone attends to your call. Their website does not provide any means of order cancellation either.

I couldn't agree with you more on the notion that Keragro has been out to scam people with those reoccurring $87 charges.
Have you seen any of the other Keragro Related Discussion Threads posted here? I think you'll find that you're definitely not alone in this matter... although, from what I've seen there are a few methods others have suggested to prevent them from taking anymore of your money. The first is to contact your bank or credit card holder regarding their fraudulent activity and they will block any further charges that come from Keragro. Another idea that has allegedly worked for others is to simply cancel the card you used to place the initial order and just fill out a form for a new one.
