By Mistake Double Dose Of Losar+hydrochlorothiazide And Amlodipine Tablets

I took Losar & Hydrochlorothiazide (50+12.5mg) and Amlodipine (5mg) tablet dose twice within an hour so, in morning by mistake. Around 6 pm I started feeling drowsy. Will it cause serious heart problem?
