Hi Dawn, based on what you're describing, I am pretty sure that it's an over the counter herbal product called Valerin (manufactured by Wonder Labs). This product is supposed to contain Magnesium Carbonate, Passiflora, and Valerian Root - a natural treatment indicated to relieve and relax muscle spasms, cramps, stress and tension. You can see a product image HERE - (check out the pill in the front of the box - it is tilted upside down but it appears to carry the inscription of an upside down triangle over the number 36). Confirmed. This is probably from a bottle of Formula 303 a natural muscle relaxer.
