Brintellix 10mg

I have been on brintellix 10mg for a little over a week and I feel worse. Flu symptoms, vomiting, very weak, tired but can't sleep. I feel more aggitated as well. It's scary.

Hello, Rochelle! How are you feeling?

All of those symptoms can be normal side effects of this medication as reported by the FDA.

However, if they are so bad that they are scaring you, it may be time to contact your doctor about trying a different medication. Not every medication is right for everyone that tries it.

I just really don't like the way I feel and the anxiety is not any better. I just plain don't feel good and don't know whether to keep going with it or not. Thank you

I've been on Brintellix for 1.5 months and experienced vomiting and nausea in the first week. Since then experiences of drowsiness in the late afternoons have been hard and itching. The 3rd week I couldn't stop itching my legs and bum, especially the ankles. It eventually went away, but the last three days it's come back bad. Today in particularly my breasts have been THE WORST. It's constant to the point I have bruised them from scratching so much.
The past week I've noticed my fingers are all dry and cracked and the last few days my face is dry and flakey.
I have noticed my moods not as low, but the itchy is so frustrating.
I'll try an antihistamine and hope that helps.
