Breast Pain And Burning

I had a kidney cyst removed 3 months ago and was given Synaleve for the pain
However I only took for three days as I don,t like to take pain tablets .However a 2 weekslater I got excruciating pain in the chest,and went for a angiogram,which showed minimal damage to the arteries.Once again two weeks later developed intense breast pain and burning ,making my breasts so sentative that I could not wear a bra .I have been for a mamogram and its not breast cancer . GP thinks it might be from ny back ,but pain tablets dont help and dont know .Dont know where to turn to
