Watson Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 20mgs of Propranolol, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions. (It should also have a 20 on the opposite side).
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, hypotension, and increased urination.
