I was on Losartan for 5 years and for the last 5 years on Benicar 20 OD. About 10 days back my blood pressure showed increased values of 180/100 and fluctuated between 180/110 to 140/90. I also continued having a dull headache. I have since enhanced the dosage to Benicar 40 OD. Now the blood pressure is keeping itself at values below 110/70. Can I revert back to Benicar 20 after some time?
