Bisoprolol Flecainide Side Effects

When in the 24 hours is the tablet at its strongest. I seem to get all the side effects listed on this discussion thread. Is there an alternative drug for mild heart failure and branch bundle block? I was on flecainide for years and it worked perfectly

Hi i take mine about 5 p.m so most of nasty effects can take place at night,i still feel rubbish no energy or get up and go but early days yet
