Best Generic Alprazolam (xanax) (Page 7) (Top voted first)
UpdatedI have been getting the 2mg Greenstones the last few years and they work much better than the Actavis. Now i read that greenstones were changed back in early 2014. Is it people that take these to feel high or people who really need them for anxiety and nothing else? Regardless if they have been changed they're still much better Actavis and I have heard mixed results on Sandoz. Dava seems to be crap. Took it once (looks to be from Endo who bought out Qualitest). Any opinions on the current state of the generic xanax manufactures? And lastly, no insurance company will give me the name brand. It's generic or nothing.
Re: Lisa (# 55)
What generic and/or imprints did you used to get from optum rx? Sandoz or activas?
What is better the qualitest 2mg or the bocas, and greenstone 2mg better in your opinion?

Re: Lisa (# 62)
Did you get brand did the savings help? Feedback? Was the process easy or tedious? I signed up last month but just filled regular greenstones but if works well then going to ask pharmacy to change using the savings card by phizer
Re: Laura (# 74)
So you were able to get brand name xanax? How compared to greenstone generic as made in same lab. Feedback? I think and stay with greenstone best generic except maybe the big as. How u get brand name and how much it cost?
Re: Goozer (# 76)
Par and dava are the same thing - not the best in my opinion.. sandoz was good. I’m about to try Actavis. Everyone is diff I can’t find a good answer anywhere as to what’s best. And the pharmacy is no help
Re: Goozer (# 59)
That’s not true. Dava comes from par not the same manufacturer as greenstone at all.. also worked in a pharmacy for 8 years. Seems like it’s diff for everyone
Re: Lisa (# 84)
Mine does and is still active. Just hard finding them. I wonder if they're worth the trouble even or just stay with an easy fill on greenstone. No transfer or a**holes pharmacist, but brand would be nice.
Re: Nacho (# 79)
Forgive me. Lol. Davas ship out wholesale with dava / qualitest / par/ all and owned companies alongside greenstone. If they are shipping davas then what u get there will be greenstone in the shipment. Sorry, endo did buy out dava. I know my stuff lol but thanks for the correction on miscommunication.
Re: Keez (# 100)
they are definitely cheap generics I would get greenstone or even activas over them but they have alprazolam in them ofcourse but yes all these india companies worrysome
Re: Benzhelp (# 86)
yes greenstone has gone back to its OG FORMULATION as of 2017 yay
i have always stayed true to my greenstones the active and inactive ingredients are the exact same. has anyone tried bionpharma 2mg. it looks like a greenstone but the only imprint on it is a 2. some feedback of these kinds would he nice to hear
Does anyone have any experience with the Aurobindo Pharma alprazolam 2mg tablets? There are no pictures on the internet so if you have any of them please post a pic for us to see them. Any feedback on AuroBindo Pharma 2mgs tablets would be great to hear. The imprints on them are y 2 1 and are white and rectangular. I will wait to hear some feedback on these kind.
also what do people think of the bionpharma alprazolam 2mg ones they are white like brand name and have imprint of 2 on the back and blank on the front. i have not heard much feedback from these ones?
Re: Cherylteach (# 114)
you need greenstone guys. greenstone generic is the same has brand in every way. the active and inactive ingredients are the exact same between greenstone and phizer brand. I'm curious about aurobindo 2mg ones though never tried them
Re: Goozer (# 116)
curious if anyone has tried aurobindo and bionpharma 2mg alprazolam tablets and how well they are? any feedback would be great other than that if you cannot afford brand name phizer get greenstone they are the same in everyway down to the active and inactive ingredients

Re: jetwyrm (# 10)
I only use Mylan brand manufacturer. All others caused weird side effects. Also...do not get prepack because it may come from a distributor for Mylan which is questionable.
I have been on alprazolam for about 25 years. I have Sjogrens Syndrome and stress can trigger flareups. I had a go-round with pharmacies over the past 12 months. CVS, Walgreens, and Publix all switched at once to DAVA. I had been on Greenstone for years. I thought it odd that all 3 major drugstores could only get DAVA. I took 1/2 of one 1 mg. It felt as if I swallowed drain cleaner. I'm the type who digs into something when it smells fishy. I was furious that all of a sudden all you could get was THAT pharmaceutical company. The FDA is on their 4th director since May. That's 4 directors in 7 months! When the first newly appt director resigned after only 3 weeks on the job, I got suspicious. Long story short, key meds like Voltaren Gel (approved by the FDA in 2007) were pulled off the market in May of this year. Sun Pharmaceuticals and Endo Pharmaceuticals "acquired" a bunch of smaller companies with bad track records. (Meantime the stock in certain companies appeared to have gone down on the stock market.) In July, less than 3 months later, the withdrawn approvals to the necessary meds were restored. Value of the stock went up. ~~ I'm not pointing a finger, I'm just saying it's awfully suspicious that the meds were investigated after being approved decades ago. Just long enough for the mergers, acquisitions etc to take place. Drive the stock down then drive the stock up. I have been the route with alprazolam, Voltaren Gel, and a "new and amazing" eye drop for dry eyes that I can't get despite a RX. The phone numbers on their expensive printed literature comes up as "robo" calls if you cross reference them. I am saying tread carefully with any meds. They may list a Pennsylvania or N.J. address but the meds are coming from countries that don't inspect at all—not that the FDA does much better. Just voice your opinions with the pharmacies. I literally waged a nag-campaign against DAVA and now ENDO and SUN. You can't count on the ingredients being what your dr prescribed—not any more.
Re: Goozer (# 27)
